The Call of Duty Community has voiced their opinions on last years ELITE integration with Modern Warfare 3. Many thought the price of $59.99 was too expensive to pay for just a few features on the IE Version and Mobile Versions of ELITE. Well, Activision has finally opened their eyes, and we are happy to announce that Call of Duty ELITE’s Integration with Black Ops 2 will be FREE. That’s right, Call of Duty Elite will offer all of its features from MW3 for free for Call of Duty Black Ops 2, and this is more then welcome news to the Call of Duty Community. It seems Activision has more then money on their mind, maybe there is some good in Activsion after all.
Now, I’m sure you’re wondering how they plan to release the DLC for Black Ops 2 right? Well, an Investor website on Activison.com has shared the details with the public. It appears that there will be Four DLC Map Packs which will include Multiplayer and Zombie Maps for Black Ops 2. This will be done through a “Season Pass” which I am sure most of you are very familiar with. The Season Pass is rumored to be sold for $49.99 (4000 MSP), but we cannot confirm that just yet. However, if this is true, it seems as though Activision is trying to mimic EA’s Battlefield Premium. Overall, I believe this is a welcome breathe of fresh air. Activision has finally opened their eyes, and started giving to us instead of taking. Want to know more? Check out the Trailer below.
